FAQ


Due to their increasing popularity, we are in the process of restocking, and it may take a bit longer to deliver your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


1) WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. 


The following is an updated list of delivery time frames:

US : 8 to 14 business days

Canada: 7 to 10 business days

Europe: 7 to 12 business days

Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days


The times above do not account for delays caused by customs, strikes, theft, or other extenuating circumstances out of our control.


2) HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

To change your order (name, last name, address, color…) contact our customer service as soon as possible by emailing support@homiohd.com.


For all orders, you have until 8:30am GMT (UTC) on the following day to contact us.

Any request made after this time will not be considered because your order will be in preparation.

We can only honor requests for changes that are confirmed by our customer service team.

3) HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you haven’t received your order, and your package is still within the delivery time period established above, don’t worry! This is normal. 

It’s possible that your tracking status hasn’t changed in several days. This happens frequently with international deliveries. You can try to track your order again within a few days.


4) WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, it’s possible that:

  1. The email is in your junk/spam folder.
  2. Your provider blocks our emails (especially email addresses using @orange.fr and @sfr.fr)
  3. You entered your email address incorrectly

Check your spam folder, and if you don’t find our message there, send us an email at support@homiohd.com, and we’ll send it again.


5) HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You will have two hours after ordering to make a cancellation request. This request must be sent to the following email: support@homiohd.com.


We cannot accept any cancellations within this time period because the order will be processing. You can always return your order within 14 days of receiving it if you wish to receive a refund.


6) HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. We cannot accept any returns past this time.


You must return your order in its original packaging, and the product cannot have been used. Additionally, shipping fees are at your expense.

We will proceed with your order’s reimbursement once we’ve received your request.


In order for us to send you our reimbursement methods, please contact us by email at support@homiohd.com.


7) HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

8) WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS NO AUDIO COMING OUT OF MY PROJECTOR?

Your projector is connected to your computer with an HDMI cable but there is no audio coming out of your projector? 

 

9) HOW CAN I CONNECT MY SMARTPHONE TO THE HOMIOHD?

Do you want to connect your smartphone with our HDMI to USB adapter?

 

10) MY REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK

Do you want to use your remote control with your Homio projector? 

 

11) HOW TO WATCH NETFLIX WITH THE HOMIOHD?

The HomioHD projector works with most of the apps thanks to the HDMI cable or adapters such as the Chromecast, Apple TV or Roku. 

For a specific use such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu with a smartphone or a tablet, we recommend you to contact directly the customer service of the corresponding app.
